K8 milking day

Our three boys rotate all farm chores, so they each get to milk every third day. The first step is to wash and sanitize your milking equipment, i.e. your hands and the two buckets - one for washing the goat, and one for collecting the milk.

K8 has to be the best dressed milker in the county (and country?)...he has on tan slacks, button-down dress shirt, tie, and sweater - very unusual for our part of the world. Of course, nobody would know if I didn't print it here that he wore the same clothes for three days and two nights (yes, he slept with the tie on!), maybe not so unusual for our neck of the woods. It saves time during the work day, not to mention he got to sleep in a little later on Sunday and didn't take long to get ready for church. Fortunately it is winter time, so there isn't much smell. Jimmy the cat doesn't care as long as he gets a taste of milk.
