CIT

CIT stands for Counselor In Training. K7 and his buddy T spent a week at Boy Scout summer camp working as CITs, which paid free room and board, each earned a merit badge (K7's was Climbing since he worked on the 40 foot climbing wall), and now both are eligible to be hired next summer as full time camp counselors and earn money while having fun.
